1. Air Charter Broker Disclosure (14 CFR Part 295)

PorterJets LLC dba P3 Jets ("P3 Jets") is an air charter broker registered with the U.S. Department of Transportation. P3 Jets is not a direct air carrier and does not own, operate, or maintain aircraft. All flights arranged by P3 Jets are operated by direct air carriers holding a current FAA Part 135 or Part 121 certificate (or the foreign CAA equivalent). The direct air carrier exercises full operational control over each flight, including pilot assignment, dispatch, weather diversion, and aircraft maintenance.

Upon request, and prior to payment, P3 Jets will provide the name of the direct air carrier, the carrier's certificate number, the existence and amount of liability insurance carried by the direct air carrier, and confirmation that funds will be held in a manner consistent with applicable law.

2. Insurance

P3 Jets requires every direct air carrier we use to maintain a minimum of $50,000,000 USD in combined single-limit liability insurance, with passenger sub-limits appropriate to the aircraft. Certificates of insurance are available upon written request to legal@p3jets.com.

3. Safety Standards

P3 Jets only books flights with operators that maintain at least one of the following third-party safety ratings: ARGUS (Gold, Gold Plus, or Platinum), Wyvern (Wingman or Registered), or IS-BAO (Stage I, II, or III). Operator credentials and aircraft maintenance status are re-verified prior to every trip.

4. Pricing & Quote Disclosures

All quotes are estimates based on real-time operator availability and reflect P3 Jets' best-faith pricing at the time of issuance. Quotes typically expire within 24 hours unless otherwise stated. Final pricing is set at the time a written charter agreement is executed. Federal Excise Tax (FET), segment fees, and applicable international taxes are itemized on each quote.

5. Marketing & Promotional Content

Aircraft photos, interior renderings, and example pricing displayed on this website are for illustrative purposes only and may not represent the specific aircraft delivered for your trip. Empty leg flights, fleet availability, and promotional rates are subject to change at any time prior to a signed charter agreement.

"P3 Jets," the P3 Jets logo, and related marks are trademarks of PorterJets LLC dba P3 Jets. All other trademarks (including aircraft manufacturer names and operator marks) are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only. No endorsement or affiliation is implied unless expressly stated.
