PorterJets LLC dba P3 Jets ("P3 Jets") acts as an authorized agent for the Client in the air charter marketplace and does not own or operate aircraft. All flights are operated by independent FAA Part 135 / Part 121 certificated air carriers, or by foreign equivalents authorized by their respective civil aviation authorities (DOT, EASA, Transport Canada, CAA, etc.).
P3 Jets is registered as an Indirect Air Carrier and Air Charter Broker under 14 CFR Part 295 of the U.S. Department of Transportation. Aircraft, operators, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. All charter quotes are subject to operator confirmation, aircraft availability, weather, crew duty time, and applicable regulatory approvals.
P3 Jets vets every operator for ARGUS, Wyvern, or IS-BAO safety accreditation and verifies insurance coverage prior to every flight. P3 Jets does not maintain operational control of any flight; operational control rests with the certificated air carrier identified in the charter agreement.
