    PorterJets LLC dba P3 Jets (“P3 Jets,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard the information of clients, prospects, website visitors, and member account holders when you visit p3jets.com, request a quote, book a flight, create a member account, or otherwise interact with our services.

    1. Information We Collect

    1.1 Information You Provide Directly

    • Quote & booking information: origin and destination airports, dates, passenger count, aircraft category preferences, special requests, catering, and ground transportation needs.
    • Identity & contact information: full name, email address, phone number, and, when required by an operator or government authority, date of birth, passport details, nationality, and government-issued ID.
    • Payment information: credit card, ACH, or wire transfer details processed through PCI-compliant third-party payment processors. P3 Jets does not store full payment card numbers on its own systems.
    • Member account information: if you create a P3 Jets member or Jet Card account, we collect your login credentials (email and a salted, hashed password), trip history, saved travel preferences, and concierge requests.
    • Communications: emails, SMS, chat messages, and call recordings (where permitted by law and disclosed at the start of the call) with our team.

    1.2 Information Collected Automatically

    • Device & usage data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, links clicked, and timestamps.
    • Cookies & similar technologies: session cookies, persistent cookies, pixel tags, and local storage used for authentication, security, analytics, and conversion measurement.
    • Approximate location: derived from your IP address.

    1.3 Information from Third Parties

    • Aircraft operators and FBOs (for trip coordination).
    • Identity verification, anti-money-laundering (AML), and sanctions-screening providers.
    • Marketing partners, advertising networks, and analytics vendors.
    • Public sources such as the FAA registry.

    2. How We Use Your Information

    • Provide quotes, source aircraft, and operate flights you book.
    • Authenticate member account access and protect against unauthorized use.
    • Process payments and prevent fraud.
    • Comply with legal, tax, regulatory, KYC/AML, and safety obligations (including FAA, DOT, TSA, and CBP requirements).
    • Communicate trip confirmations, schedule changes, safety notices, and service updates.
    • Send marketing about empty legs, jet cards, events, and lifestyle offerings (you may opt out at any time).
    • Improve our website, services, and customer experience through analytics.

    3. How We Share Your Information

    We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to deliver our services or as required by law, including with:

    • Aircraft operators & crew (passenger manifest, contact info, special requests).
    • FBOs and ground service providers at origin and destination airports.
    • Government authorities when required (e.g., TSA, CBP, foreign customs and immigration).
    • Service providers for payment processing, email delivery, hosting, analytics, fraud prevention, and CRM.
    • Professional advisors including attorneys, accountants, and insurers.
    • Successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
    • Legal compliance in response to subpoenas, court orders, or to protect rights, property, or safety.

    4. Member Login & Account Security

    If you create a P3 Jets member account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. We:

    • Store passwords using industry-standard one-way hashing (never in plaintext).
    • Encrypt account data in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest.
    • Offer optional multi-factor authentication.
    • Maintain audit logs of account access and changes for security purposes.

    5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

    We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, security, analytics (e.g., Google Analytics), and conversion tracking. You can disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings, though some site functionality may be limited.

    6. Data Retention

    We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide services, comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Trip records are typically retained for a minimum of seven (7) years to satisfy aviation, tax, and accounting requirements.

    Depending on your jurisdiction (including California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and the EU/UK), you may have the right to:

    • Access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you.
    • Opt out of marketing communications.
    • Opt out of "sales" or "sharing" of personal information (P3 Jets does not sell personal information).

    • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

    8. International Transfers

    P3 Jets operates globally. Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries with different data protection laws than your own. We use appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) where required.

    Our services are not directed to children under 13 (or 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children except as needed to add a minor passenger to a booking, in which case it is provided by a parent or guardian.

    10. Security

    We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

    11. Third-Party Links

    Our site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information.

    We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect any changes. Material changes will be communicated to members by email.
