Terms of Service

1. Role of P3 Jets — Charter Broker, Not an Air Carrier

P3 Jets is an air charter broker as defined in 14 CFR Part 295. P3 Jets does not own, operate, or maintain aircraft. All flights are operated by FAA Part 135 or Part 121 certificated direct air carriers (or foreign CAA equivalent), each of which exercises full operational control and is solely responsible for the safety and operation of the flight. P3 Jets acts as the agent of the Client (the buyer of air transportation) in arranging the charter.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into a contract to use our services. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

3. Member Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree to notify P3 Jets immediately of any unauthorized access at legal@p3jets.com.
• P3 Jets may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, exhibit fraudulent activity, or remain inactive for an extended period.

4. Quotes, Bookings & Pricing

• Quotes are estimates based on real-time operator availability and remain valid only for the period stated on the quote (typically 24 hours).
• A booking is confirmed only when (a) a written charter agreement is executed and (b) payment in full or an approved deposit is received in cleared funds.
• Prices include aircraft, crew, fuel, federal excise tax, segment fees, standard catering, and ground handling unless stated otherwise. Special catering, ground transport, de-icing, international permits, hangar fees, and overnight crew expenses may be additional.

5. Payment

• Accepted payment methods: wire transfer, ACH, and major credit cards. A processing fee may apply to credit card payments.
• Payment is due at the time stated in your charter agreement, generally prior to flight departure.
• Chargebacks initiated without first contacting P3 Jets to resolve a billing issue may result in account suspension.

6. Cancellations & Changes

Cancellation and change fees are determined by the operator's policy and the time remaining before scheduled departure. The applicable schedule is set forth in your charter agreement. Cancellations within 24–72 hours of departure typically result in forfeiture of all or a substantial portion of the trip cost.

7. Operational Control, Diversions & Delays

The operating air carrier exercises sole and complete operational control over each flight. The pilot in command has final authority over routing, weather diversions, fuel stops, mechanical decisions, and passenger acceptance. P3 Jets is not liable for delays, diversions, cancellations, or substitutions caused by weather, mechanical issues, air traffic control, government action, force majeure, or operator decisions.

8. Aircraft Substitution

If the contracted aircraft becomes unavailable, P3 Jets will use commercially reasonable efforts to source a comparable or upgraded replacement. Replacement may include a different make, model, or operator.

9. Passenger Conduct

Clients and passengers must comply with all crew instructions and applicable laws. The operator and crew may refuse boarding or terminate a flight for unlawful conduct, intoxication, threatening behavior, exceeding weight limits, or any safety concern. Charges remain payable in full in such cases.

10. Baggage, Pets & Hazardous Materials

• Baggage is limited by aircraft and must be disclosed at booking.
• Pets are generally welcome with advance notice and operator approval.
• Hazardous materials (firearms, lithium-battery devices above limits, etc.) must be disclosed and may be restricted by federal law and operator policy.

11. Empty Legs & Promotional Offers

Empty leg flights are subject to change, rerouting, or cancellation by the operator at any time prior to departure without liability to P3 Jets. Posted prices and times are not guaranteed until a charter agreement is executed.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on p3jets.com — including text, graphics, logos, images, code, and the P3 Jets name and marks — is owned by or licensed to PorterJets LLC dba P3 Jets and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, scrape, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

13. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the site for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or account; (c) interfere with site operation or security; (d) use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or extract data; or (e) submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

14. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." P3 JETS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

15. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PORTERJETS LLC DBA P3 JETS, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. P3 JETS' TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF BROKERAGE FEES YOU PAID TO P3 JETS FOR THE SPECIFIC TRIP GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PorterJets LLC dba P3 Jets and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your violation of any law or third-party right, or (c) any false information you provide.

17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, seated in Williamson County, Tennessee. You waive any right to participate in a class action.

18. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
